Aguallo, et al. v. Kemper Corp., et al.

Morgan & Morgan secured a $17.6 million settlement for consumers affected by two data breaches at Kemper Corp. and its subsidiary, Infinity Insurance Co. The breaches, occurring in December 2020 and March 2021, exposed sensitive information, including Social Security numbers and medical leave details, of approximately 6.1 million individuals.
